Pros
Decent Pay and Insurance. Occasional free food. Ability to work OT.
Cons
Training is terrible Very few in management have a clue what is happening on the floor. Time studies are grossly inaccurate in one or two departments. 401k match is mediocre. As long as you're good with team leads you can get away with not working -- leaving the hard workers to carry others. Management very unresponsive to any complaints unless they come from other management. There is very little growth or movement to any better paying positions. 'Unpaid vacation' until you've been at the company for a certain amount of time. If you're on salary, it's a great place with pension, 401k match and plenty of sick and vacation days. If you're hourly, look somewhere else. It's easy to see that salaried employees write Delta's policies in regards to hourly workers.
