      Pros

      Delta Faucet treats their people very well! Their soft benefits are great, such as an on-site workout area (with spin and yoga studio too!), basketball court, & cafeteria, and for remote they privide stipends for desk & internet. Delta Faucet continues to make strives in electronics and software as well. It is refreshing to see their interest to learn and grow in this space!

      Growing pains - while the growth of their electronics and software space is like a small start up internally, there are growing pains for the organization at large. But everyone has stepped up so far to help make this new journey successful!

      None, really. Delta Faucet is SO much better than my previous employer that it's hard to find fault.
