Pros
This company is so fun to work for. We have an amazing fitness program, where you get points for doing workout classes during the workday. If you get enough points you get extra vacation days. I frequently do yoga, but they also have spin classes, Shred classes, and other fun events like Tough Mudders or Go Ape ziplining. Almost all are available virtual or in person. They also offer free monthly chair massages. You can be entirely remote, hybrid, or entirely in person for almost any job at the company. Amazing work-life balance with flexible schedule. My manager works like 8-3 when her kids are at school, and works other hours after they go to sleep. No meeting Fridays so you can make appointments during the work week. I'm also very young for my team and my opinion has always been valued, never questioned due to lack of experience. Overall an amazing company to learn and grow at. The jobs can be fairly simple or very complex depending on which channel you work in.
Cons
Technology/ systems can be outdated and a little slow for the times.
