Pros
Easy, straight-forward duties Equipment (mostly) works as intended Training is pretty sparse, but when I got it, it was decent As of writing this review, direct management for me was pretty great. Fairly easy to move up within the company as an hourly employee.
Cons
Toxic work environment that no one can seem to control properly LOTS of gossip and bad-mouthing co-workers If employees don't like you, they will rally against you by any means necessary and run you out or get you fired for something completely stupid or slanderous. Revolving door of management and HR. Lack of any REAL training. They'll just teach you what you need to know, when you need to know it and that's it. The quality of your work environment REALLY reflects management, meaning some departments are great because of their great managers, others...not so much. Pay is kinda meh compared to other places in the area as of writing this.
