Lack of communication with Nationals.

The organization demonstrates a lack of organization and professionalism, and appears not to value its alumni. It fails to uphold the core values on which it was founded—particularly the principle of “belonging.” When an organization does not consistently follow its own policies that promote inclusion and belonging, promoting these values publicly risks eroding trust among both alumni and potential new members. This issue has been particularly evident in one chapter, and at a very large university, the resulting ripple effects could be significantly damaging.
