      Pros

      Excellent technology. Lots of communication with Management. WFH options are fantastic! Good benefits. 2% match 401(K). Lots and lots of people have been here more than 10 years.

      Cons

      Salaries are mid-to-low end of average ranges. Annual pay increases don't keep up with cost-of-living increases across the country. Hard to keep young people happy long-term if pay isn't competitive.
