Pros
Before Deltek I was at an IT services and consulting company where I was moderately happy. I liked the company, my manager, and co-workers but I was burnt out. Working at Deltek has been a breath of fresh air. I have a great manager and a much better work-life balance which is important to me. I feel like there are other opportunities within the company if I were to need some different scenery also. Recently Deltek moved to unlimited PTO and I am in a remote role, both of these contribute to a healthy work-life balance. Leadership seems to have the ship pointed in the right direction and have embraced AI to stay on the cutting edge. I hope to be with Deltek for some time.
Cons
To be honest, the cons are limited. No major red flags from my perspective. I have been hoping for some increased collaboration with our offshore team, but we recently had a meeting that spoke to that so I believe we are headed in the right direction there.
