Pros
I’ve been with Deltek for a decade, and it’s been a genuinely rewarding experience. There’s a real focus on personal development, from solid benefits to well-being initiatives and employee resource groups that bring diverse perspectives into the conversation. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and I’ve always felt encouraged to develop my career.
Cons
If I had to be picky, some decisions and communications can feel a bit US-centric at times. It’s minor and hasn’t outweighed the positives.
