      Pros

      Deltek has one of the most welcoming onboarding experiences I’ve had. From day one, my manager and team were incredibly supportive and patient. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance. I love the “Project Nation Days” where we get half-days every other Friday—it really helps recharge.

      Cons

      The onboarding materials can be overwhelming at first—there’s a lot to absorb in the first few weeks.
