Pros
The company has a lot of smart people that know how to get things done. The pay was not bad. The company has good products, especially in the gov con world. There are some great managers-not a lot but some. You can usually contribute to something you're interested in.
Cons
There were a lot of pronouncements that are supposed to be "strategy." Cost centers (finance, IT, etc.) were so bloated with so many people. Managers try to grow and protect their fiefdoms. The executive team seemed stale and obviously working for the next company sale. It seems jobs keep going to Makati-check out the careers section of the website.
