Pros
- Competitive compensation and benefits - Good working environment and culture - There is really work-life balance
Cons
- There's not much growth in terms of technical and domain knowledge - Trainings are mostly for soft skills - Recognition/Awards program for job performance should be improve - Annual increase is quite small and is no longer performance-based (still manager's discretion but there's no longer concrete basis on how did you get the increase) - Maintains status quo (complacency, mundane, tends to become non-competitive)
