      I've had 2 different jobs since joining Deltek and find them both extremely rewarding. Bonus' and Benefits are both good

      Cons

      Would prefer more opportunity to travel. Most of us at Deltek are happy with the company and the management team.

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
