      Great product, great people. The idea of a challenge. If you have an Entrepreneurial spirit and look for a challenge

      Senior management has absolutely no clue how to develop a company internationally. No leadership and if any not inspiring. Blame culture. No people development initiatives, cheap talk and the worst people management I've seen.
