I was hired during this pandemic, and it was a seamless process. The HR associates were very hands-on, and that helped me a lot in transitioning to a work from home set-up. The equipments were all delivered, and they offer a generous compensation and referral bonus, and the company also provides reimbursements for food as there are several activities as well. I have not been to the office yet, so I'm quite looking forward to see it soon once everything is alright. Deltek also cares about the safety of their employees, so I appreciate this a lot, and every other Friday, we are fully paid for a half-day work schedule. It's called project nation. I hope this continues even after the pandemic. Great job!

work is quite challenging and depends on the team that you're with, but it's fun to work knowing that you are supported by friends in the office
