In my two month tenure thus far at Deltek, I have felt so welcomed and appreciated from my Management team and colleagues. Additionally, I have been included on weekly meetings with members of my Management team which has given me great perspective on certain initiatives. These meetings have also allowed me to establish relationships with all of these individuals as well. I am so excited to see what the future has in store as I continue this journey working for such a great company.
