Amazing people with great energy, that are hard working and care about our clients.
Cons
Pay is not on pare with the market and they made no effort to help compensate employees in relation to inflation. They'd rather see people leave than pay people more, and that is clearly because they care the most about their bottom line as a publicly traded company, via their parent company Roper.
