      - option of 8:30-5 or 9-5.30 - good pension - lots of available training - work from home options - salary sacrifice options - every other friday afternoon off

      Cons

      - Joining after September 31st means you cannot get access to some things (bonus, salary review) til the following year - can often be a lot of meetings - in the event you travel to work, there is no travel allowance

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Cons

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Management pushes KPIs on you too muc. If you’re exceeding quota you shouldn’t need to hit your KPIs
