      Outstanding company culture- people are in the centre of what they do. One of the best managers and leaders I've worked with so far. Company is engaged in a long-term vision, and they listen and adapt. Great work-life harmony.

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
