I had been with many companies and this is the best so far - great benefits, HMO coverage with dependents, allowances, other perks. People are approachable and kind - team mates, leadership, managers, admins they will assist you in what you need Managers are supportive to employees Work from home set up I feel I can avail the early retirement here
Cons
None so far, Sometimes overworked but its okay as long as we are properly compensated and still have good working atmosphere in and outside the team
