      Pros

      - I had a very smooth onboarding experience in Deltek. Aside from the work equipment delivered, a New hire kit comes along which is very uncommon to other IT company - My manager and the rest of the team are very approachable, kind and very welcoming - I have been involved to trainings needed for my role and responbilities - there are recognition program which really highlights the employees -Overall, I am very happy and excited working in Deltek

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Management pushes KPIs on you too muc. If you’re exceeding quota you shouldn’t need to hit your KPIs
