      Everyone is approachable and willing to help. I just joined the company on December 2021 and as a new hire sometimes it is overwhelming to learn new processes. I can easier approach my peers and Manager to ask help and guidance on my new responsibility.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Management pushes KPIs on you too muc. If you’re exceeding quota you shouldn’t need to hit your KPIs
