Pros
Deltek provides you with the training and support you need to succeed. They are also open to feedback to make improvements along the way. I have meetings with my manager regularly. As a new hire, a content mentor is also provided to support you with solving your cases, which has been immensely helpful. I also feel comfortable reaching out to just about anyone on the team for assistance. Everyone is kind and helpful. We truly work together as a team to get the job done. Work life balance is promoted. Flexibility is offered for appointments, vacations, etc as needed. We have Project Nation days every other Friday, which are half days you can take off for self-care/wellness or even to catch up on emails/training; your choice. They support you with your growth goals as well; for example, several employees have had vertical and horizontal moves across the organization. We also have monthly corporate meetings where we discuss corporate initiatives.
Cons
It can be stressful at times due to the volume of work and pressure from clients, but they have hired lots of people lately, which has led to major improvements in this area. Also, think compensation could be a little better.
