Pros
Great work-life balance. The company really values peoples' lives in and out of the company - we're allowed and encouraged to grow as employees, but they also encourage us to spend time with loved ones and do things outside of work that are important to us. I also feel that the company also cares about our health - while the pre-employment medical exam was grueling, I immediately got my HMO once my PEME results were assessed and approved, even before I was regularized. We're also encouraged to be vaccinated from COVID-19 and it's required if you're to report to the office in person. We're never forced to report to the office though, given the pandemic and the often fluctuating number of COVID cases in the country. Training was available immediately, I never run out of things to learn, and the mentorship and camaraderie within the team is probably one of the best experiences I've had in my 14 or so years of being in the industry.
Cons
As I'm fairly new, I've yet to see any cons. I'm sure no company is perfect and there's always room for improvement, but in my less than 1 year of stay so far, it has been a great place to work and I'm truly happy here.
