Pros
I have experienced surprising transparency in my time at Deltek. Quick company decisions and company-wide emails about important topics in a timely manner. Management is transparent about things that aren't ideal (people leaving, etc.) which makes you feel like a true part of the team. Flexibility around remote work makes me feel like I'm allowed to be a human first! (DR appointments, sickness, PTO are all accepted as normal and daily parts of everyone's lives) Manager is supportive but also hands off in a way that allows me to problem solve on my own, learn new things, and grow in my position. PTO is really generous - starts at 19 days, plus generous holidays (some can be floating), and half days every other Friday - really leaves me feeling like I have time to spend with my family and loved ones.

Pay seems a little low
