Pros
Fully remote, but still inclusive. There's no pressure of returning to an office. Yes you need to put effort into getting to know people but I feel so much more productive both professionally and personally. No drama, just get your work done and produce quality work. Everyone is super nice. Work-life balance has been fantastic so far.
Cons
For being a software company I feel like sometimes the technology is not super up to date, but I think they're working on that (fully integrating Teams). There are TONS of resources but if you don't really know what you're looking for, you don't know where to look. Sometimes it seems like information is all over the place on the intranet.
