      It’s okay. Only took it to get foot in the door. I’ve never seen a company have an “associate sdr” so your promotion path will take a lot longer than at other companies if you come in as associate

      Get rid of an associate sdr. it’s unnecessary and the pay differential from associate sdr to regular sdr is pennies. The worst thing an org can do because it’s just a useless step in the path to senior sdr or ae
