      Culture is exactly as advertised- top notch. People are lovely Business works hard to innovate You feel like you're making a difference No layoffs in at least 5 years and leadership is careful to do what they can to keep it that way

      Cons

      Market comp seems to be slightly out of date and salary bands are unusually (imo) wide

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
