Pros
I've been working as an Onboarding Success Manager for two years now and it has surpassed my expectations. Our team is 100% remote and I love it. Management has been the best I've had and as long as you handle your accounts, it's pretty much hands-off, no mirco management. I appreciate that I am encouraged to make my onboarding responsibilities better and more efficient. We are always looking for a better way and it's refreshing. I have great flexibility with my schedule and I am scheduling meetings with customers. Great PTO and holiday pays.
Cons
The medical insurance is average to below average. I expected better for a company like Deltek. Maybe it will get better, I find it expensive and not pretty much on par with other companies its size.
