Deltek is such a flexible and employee first company. They fully go above and beyond in terms of making sure new hires are fully onboarded. You have the full support of not just your direct managers, but the entire managing team. I'm constantly getting shout outs for my good work and accomplishments and coaching in areas I feel I lack in. KPI's are clear and concise e and the track for promotion is fully laid out for you. your career is really in your own hands here and hard work is rewarded and its very east to see. Another huge plus is project nation days and hybrid work environment. Have already recommended deltek to numerous former colleagues and friends

The only downside I have had so far is extremely minor and had to do with shipping mixing
