Pros
-I specifically love that in Deltek they advertise work life balance by creating a specific method for you to actually take a break from work without taking out a day of your leave credits. -They also have these resources for you to fully take advantage of to let you continue learning and exploring other opportunities within the company. -In my business unit, I love that early on they instill the values of the products. I also had an onboarding timesheet, it has specifics of what I should be learning and achieving each week. -Deltek will take care of you in and outside of work, it being a remote work set up, they still have these benefits in place to make sure that when you do go to the office you have food and transportation.
Cons
-It depends per business unit, in mine, I had to go through 3 different interviews in one day. I would day it's beneficial and also quite tiring for the interviewee to be subjected to an hour long interview each in one day but I get the logic of it being done that way to keep the process moving fast.
