Pros
Remote work, good culture, flexible, good people. I really enjoyed my time at Deltek overall. I was certainly just a number at the end of the day, but my team was filled with some great people
Cons
3% 401k match, which is below average, The higher up folks get promoted and move around frequently, If you're in mid-tier role, there is not room for advancement. Below average salaries for Customer Success Managers. Leadership seems to be lacking in direction, they laid folks off based off higher tenure and salary, even if your renewal percentage was much higher. Which doesn't make sense from a financial perspective.
