I've been with Deltek for 9 and a half years, starting as a Sales Rep and working my way up to Team Lead and now Global Sales Manager. Throughout my journey, I've experienced incredible growth and support from the company.

The only Cons I can think of that are Room for Growth in Technology: Deltek's technology is solid, but there's always room for innovation and improvement. Investing in cutting-edge tools and platforms could further enhance productivity and streamline processes. 2025 has many initiatives that are currently in place to improve our cutting-edge offerings.
