The organization's strong culture of continuous learning—and the support to deepen expertise in my specific area—has been especially meaningful to me. Additionally, the Well-Living team and its events have played a valuable role in fostering community, encouraging giving back, and building connections across the company

      While the overall experience has been positive, enhancements to pay and benefits would add significant value.
