Pros
I beleive Deltek to be a totally upfront and honest employer who respects both it’s customers and it’s employees equally. I think management are fair and hard work amd a good attitude are always rewarded
Cons
Like any large employer, non managment level employees can slmetimes feel like nameless pawns where there is any kind of restructuring. However as I say, this goes with the territory for any very large employer.
