Benefits are great. 14th month pay, day 1 hmo wit 2 dependents and medical reimbursement. Project Nation Day that you cannot find in other companies. People are great from colleagues to leaders very helpful and supportive Although the software is complicated but with good people around you, it will motivate you to push yourself harder.
Cons
Stressful especially for a newbie like me. You need to have a strong mind and body. Read, practice and you need a lot of patience because learning the functionality of software is not easy. I have to invest more on reading and learning the process which is tiring but again thinking of how people are great I know I can get through the day.
