Pros
The culture, WorkLife balance and overall company is above par. I love working here and appreciate the transparency of upper management. We work well as an internal team and keep our client's best interest in mind at all times.
Cons
Technology is always advancing, and it is not always easy to get our existing software quickly implement to include specific features. However, Deltek is aware of this and constantly coming up with new and innovative ways to improve not only our technology but the way we do business to satisfy the needs of our clients such as being a leader in AI and how it can benefit us all.
