      Pros

      The culture at Deltek is amazing. Even though many of us work remotely, I always feel connected. So many great people here. The Flex Time off that was instituted in 2024 makes me feel like my work life balance is respected. Because of these things and more I enjoy my job and all the people I interact with.

      I have no cons. I feel proud to work here.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Cons

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Management pushes KPIs on you too muc. If you’re exceeding quota you shouldn’t need to hit your KPIs
