      My candidate onboarding experience was great and smooth. Everyone is supportive from day one. It's clear that the company truly prioritizes work-life balance, which I value a lot. For example, every other Friday we work just a half day. So far, my experience working with the company has been very positive!

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
