Pros
Deltek fosters an inclusive culture which actively supports a work life balance. I have found both my direct and wider team extremely motivated and collaborative, which makes for an enjoyable work environment. Deltek Project Nation, every other Friday is extremely helpful and is a reflection of the work / life balance Deltek supports.
Cons
The global nature of the business/colleague locations can sometimes make scheduling meetings a little more challenging. I have however found colleagues do their best to try and accommodate each other wherever possible.
