      Offers amazing work-life balance and encourages/supports time off for employees. The leadership are amazing, they do take time to listen to employees and conduct check-ins. Offers competetive salary Benefits are also great

      Cons

      The anxiety of lay-off is what my con would be - overall it is a great company barring that. I would very much wants to stay in a company like this one

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
