      Few and far between. Every company has issues, and Dematic allows its team to attack issues quickly to support customer relationships.

      Pros

      Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

      Cons

      Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
