      Pros

      The best reason to work for Dematic, I would have to say is co-workers. This is a great company to work for and everyone is very helpful and laid back. The company is also very flexible and very understanding.

      Cons

      The only thing I can say is the company has a lot of products and it can seem overwhelming in the beginning.

      Pros

      Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

      Cons

      Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
