Pros
I have been with Dematic for a couple of months now, and was completely interviewed, onboarded and work remotely 100% given the current Covid-19 climate. The experience so far has been excellent, the team is very collaborative, with a great culture, and passionate leaders. The industry is very interesting and growing rapidly, its certainly an exciting time to be part of this business.
Cons
Not being able to meet people in person due to Covid-19 is a shame, however i anticipate a great blend of hybrid working shortly.
