Pros

Getting industry recognition, decent customer base, and has many talented people.

Cons

Work is not balanced across the organization. Not enough staff in marketing and technical to support the huge workload. Does not compensate enough for the amount of overtime. Senior Management is ignoring this. Corporate events take a lot of life out of the team due to last minute requests and toxic behavior.

Pros

Coworkers are solid, has salary is above industry standard

Cons

I think only 10 percent of North America hit quota last year, if that. Horrible brand awareness and lead flow. Internally, everyone will say it’s a great product market fit. The market would say differently.
