Working for EDI Health Group has been a great experience. The Health Industry is a good place to be - the industry is pretty booming. There are a wide variety of challenges and opportunities with the company, I have been promoted twice and really enjoy the working environment. The customer base is friendly, because we mostly deal with office staff for dental offices across the nation. We have full health care benefits, 401K, paid sick time, you can accumulate up to 3 weeks of vacation time. People are very knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Lots of growth opportunities. Great company if you desire to work remotely, as most employees do. Management/leadership have great experience, very motivational and transparent. Monthly all hands conference calls provide good insight to corporate goals and achievements, and employee recognition. Bonus potential. Fun employee engagement get-togethers. Free snacks and drinks in the Irvine HQ!
