Pros

We have great departments/teams. Our leadership is accessible to everyone (much respect there!). Our staff really cares about the mission and it shows in our productivity. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good place to land.

Cons

Praise in public and critique in private. That being said, I really have no complaints. As someone who has been in the workforce for over 10 years (this is my second industry), I can honestly say that MHMR is one of the best-run establishments I've ever worked for.

Get kudos for managing high workload but not a lot of thought given to how to improve working conditions. Can be frustrating to not see clients improving and doing the same things over and over for the same people.
