Not worth it - Associate Dentons Employee Review

Pigeonhole is the normal. In some group, it is just one client, one technology. No promotion possibility. No teaching with some partners. And not encouraged to work with partners outside of your own group. Bonus completely up to the discretion of the partner. Juniors are fine but as one becomes senior, someday you will be told/hinted to leave. But they do not encourage you to find your own client/no interest to develop you, and only expect you to bill 24/7. High around. Not worth wasting your time here.
