Pros
Great firm with prestige. A bunch of hardworking lawyers and super smart professionals. Pay is near top for most markets.
Cons
Little control locally, and it's mostly controlled from the East coast. They'll charge a client in CA, CA rates even if the lawyer working on the work is in the midwest and being paid substantially less than a CA lawyer.
