7yWe appreciate your review. Our company has changed and I feel for the better. We have nearly tripled in size in the last 10+ years and now carry more products that customers want today. Our benefits have adapted to the times. For hours that are worked without pay, I am unaware of asking people to come in unpaid. Unless you were improperly filling out your timesheets, all time worked is eligible for compensation. In addition, we do have an HR and legal department and ensure that anything we ask of our employees is legal and well within professional guidelines. Please don't project your personal actions onto what the company expects of it's employees. Also, when stating the numbers of turnover, please attempt to know the facts, which are that our turnover is well below industry standard and continues to be. We are a great place to start your career and learn how to manage and sell. For some, this leads this a great career with us, and for others, a great starting point for their next step.
