Pros
High pay at the central office, great coworkers, & great PTO. Once you've been in the job for a year or two you can expect little change in your day to day work (which could be seen as a pro or a con).
Cons
No potential for advancement, sexism towards females, reorganizations & layoffs every year, lack of autonomy, lack of trust, & lack of respect. All central office decisions are made at the top and do no consider opinions from the people who are closest to the work.
